The manuals are an essential guide for participants in structuring their certification journey with clear learning objectives and assessments, and currently published on the organization's website.

I authored this Handbook to address key implementation challenges that were vital for aligning the program with GaDOE's strategic goals.

Solution to Evaluation Gap for Lead Teachers
I authored a new Evaluation tool to address a critical gap in Lead Teacher assessment. The district’s human resources department recognized and implemented the tool, which has since become an essential part of their process, ensuring accountability and professional growth while aligning with district standards.
