Instructional Design: ACAP Accreditation
Led the creation of two assessment-based certificate training programs, ensuring comprehensive compliance elements to meet accreditation requirements for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.). Accreditation Pending.

Conducted formal needs assessments and developed instructional design plans utilizing ADDIE and Backward Design methodologies, alongside item writing activities to ensure rigorous summative assessments.

Authored Participant and Policy/Procedure Manuals, meticulously adhering to ICE-1100 standards.
NCCA Accreditation
Orchestrated the development of a certification program aligned with the National Commission of Certifying Agencies (NCCA) standards. Accreditation granted December 20, 2024.

Authored Bylaws, Policy and Procedure Manuals, Candidate Handbooks, Code of Ethics, and Conflict of Interest Disclosures.

Engineered the formation of a compliant Board of Directors and governance procedures to meet NCCA requirements.

Established robust processes to ensure adherence to Institute for Credentialing Excellence (NCCA) standards, encompassing accountability and quality assurance policies, examination design and administration, eligibility requirements, and candidate handbook revisions and supplements.

~Developed and rolled out initiatives to support the Strategic Plan for Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Supports (GNETS) and Cobb County School District (CCSD) priorities.

~Performed needs analyses and developed subsequent training and ongoing support to promote staff growth and efficacy based on identified staff deficits in knowledge and skills.
​
~Extensively modified and revised required training for the intensive behavior modification model by conducting a needs analysis, specific learning objectives, learning content, and performance assessment.

~Developed handbooks for program services and intensive behavior models.

~Presented innovative solutions to identified program deficits.

~Collaborated with multiple school districts to provide quality instruction and FAPE for students with special needs.
